When will I receive my product?

Furniture Deliveries
Our furniture pieces are dispatched with the utmost care, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition. For most furniture items, dispatch occurs between **Day 3 to Day 5** after your order is confirmed. The delivery timeframe varies depending on your location:
- **Capital Cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide)**: Allow an additional **3 days** for delivery.
- **Perth**: Due to the extended distance, please allow **7 days** from the dispatch date.
- **Regional Orders**: Allow **4-5 days** from dispatch for delivery.
- **Luxury Furniture Items**: Some premium pieces have a longer dispatch time and will be shipped on **Day 7** post-purchase.

Wall Art Deliveries
Our wall art collection features both custom-made and ready-to-ship pieces, each with unique dispatch timelines:
- **Custom Wall Art**: Handcrafted by artisans in Melbourne, our custom wall art is meticulously made to order. Due to the detailed craftsmanship, dispatch occurs on **Week 5** from the order date.
- **Ready-to-Ship Wall Art**: For wall art in our ‘Ready to Ship’ collection, dispatch follows the same rules as our regular furniture: **Day 3 to Day 5** dispatch, with the same delivery times as listed for furniture.
Please note that pre-ordered wall art will be shipped within **3 days** from the ‘Back in Stock’ date indicated on the product page.
Pre-Order Items
For items purchased on pre-order, we ensure timely dispatch once the items are back in stock. Your order will be shipped within **3 days** of the indicated ‘Back in Stock’ date, and the standard delivery times will apply based on your location.
Delivery of Multiple Items
- Where multiple items have been ordered at once, they’ll often be shipped from different locations and hence will arrive at different times. When ordering both furniture and décor, in this instance you’ll likely receive your décor first and then the furniture a few days later, this is normal but rest assured you will receive your goods.
Late Delivery
- Unfortunately we cannot be liable for any loss as a result of a late delivery of your order and will not entitle you to cancel your order. If we are late, feel free however to let us know and we'll endeavour to do what we can to hasten delivery.
